Health Fair

Includes vital signs, BMI, fingerstick blood glucose, check for chronic dehydration, body fat index, and a brief physical exam, We will have coffee and healthy snacks available. This will be a free service and if you schedule an appointment to be seen for one of our services you will be entered into a raffle for a 4 day beach vacation at the The Beach Club in Fort Morgan, Alabama. This event will be from 10am-2pm.
